THE LAW OF MANAGEMENT 2

Deuteronomy 28:1-5

We have stated it over and over that success is the cumulative effect of a well-managed destiny while failure is the result of a mismanaged destiny. A life that is well managed is a life that says yes to God. When the pillar of cloud moves, we set out; when the pillar of cloud settles, we settle down. “Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore, do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is” (Ephesians 5:15-17).

From creation to now and to eternity, resources available to man per time have always been and will always be limited. No one per time will have access to limitless resources. Even time is a resource that will only be available to every man at 24 hours per day. No man will have more than that. Despite the same number of time available to all, some men achieve a lot while some can’t seem to get anything done.

The difference is management. Simply put, Management is allocating and using resources. Resources that is not deliberately allocated cannot be properly managed. Take time for instance; you should be able to plan your time in such a way that you will have something productive you’re using your time for at every point. Time not spent engaging in a productive venture is eventually wasted. Money is also a resources that its use must be properly ascertained even before it comes to your hand. In allocating use to your resources, a scale of importance needed to be developed. There are use of resources, which has the ability to be of huge importance in the cause of vision. They should be prioritized.

MEDITATION: What you don’t manage will be wasted, manage your life properly so as not waste it.
