DELIVERED BY HIS BLOOD

Galatians 3:13-14.

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

The Scripture makes it clear that all have sinned against God and are doomed to die (Romans 6:23 paraphrased). But Jesus Christ who is sinless took our place in death so we can take His place in life. His bleeding on the Cross brought great blessings to humanity.

Now, what are the blessings of His bleeding? Firstly, Christ’s Blood was shed on the Cross of Calvary for the reconciliation of man to God. Man was hopelessly lost. When Adam and Eve sinned, they were driven from the Garden of Eden. We didn’t know where to go because we were hopelessly lost. But Jesus Christ restored us to God by dying on the Cross, and through His Death, we are reconciled to God (2 Corinthians 5:18).

Secondly, through the shed Blood of Jesus, we were not only delivered from sin, but also from the consequences of our sins. His Blood was shed to deliver us from the curses and spells which are the consequences of sin. By the bleeding of Jesus Christ, you are not permitted to be a victim of generational curses and witchcraft spells (Galatians 3:13-14). You are exempted from any negative pattern that follows people in your lineage by the mystery of the Blood of Jesus Christ.

Thirdly, His Blood was shed to deliver us from the torment of the flames of hell. So, anyone who ends up in hell only does so because they want to go there. Surrender your life to Jesus today (If you have not yet done so). Determine to live for Jesus since He died for you. Make demands on God for the breaking of every bondage in your life by the Blood of Jesus Christ.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for dying for me on the Cross of Calvary. I receive the grace to live for You. I decree that every bondage or curse in my life is broken by the Blood of Jesus.
