FROM VICTORY TO VICTORY
1 John 3:1-5
Victory is sweet. Unlike defeat, it has many friends and relations. May you not fail in life and destiny. Failure is an orphan. If you fail, you will discover how quick people can forget you. We decree over you today, failure shall be far from you and yours in Jesus name. That you witness this day is a sign of victory. The year had consumed many. There have been deaths and destruction all over the world. But God kept us in this camp. We have not lost you. And we shall not lose you in Jesus’ name. He spared you in spite of all that happened around you. We give Him all the praise and the glory. He is God from eternity to eternity.
We are led to assure you that your victory has not ended. In these last few days of the year, it does not matter how many evil and destructions abounding in the land, it shall not come near you for God shall see you through. Do not be mindful of whatever devastations happening in the society. Let the heathen rage; let the devil roar; you shall triumph. Your God is bigger than your enemy. Greater is he that dwells in you than he that is in the world.
We all know that the word “world” has several meanings. It could refer to the physical world; or the system of the world; or the powers that control the world. Let the world come against you with all its arsenal, you shall overcome. God will have us tell you: The battle is not yours. God will fight for you. And you shall be victorious. Just be still and see the salvation of the Lord. He shall stand by you and fight the enemy and give you the victory.
In the next nine days and even for the rest of your life, relax in God’s hands Fear not. Never look at the strength of the enemy. Look at the size of your God. Trust in His promises. You shall never be defeated. At the end of this year, you shall testify of victory to victory.
PRAYER: Thank you Father for your assurances of victory in every of life’s battles. I receive the grace to overcome at all times in Jesus Name.
